The Lady's Rum sizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Bones Of Jamaica Premium Dark Rum
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Directions

  1. Muddle mint and simple syrup inside a highball or Collins glass.
  2. Add rum and lime juice and fill with crushed ice. Gently twist a bar spoon or swizzle stick, combining the ingredients until frost forms on the outside of the glass.
  3. Top with bitters and a sprig of mint.
